Everything is fresh, I can always count on Whole Foods to have any kind of healthy and organic ingredients I might need, whether it iscooking & other lifestyle items.

Whole Foods reimburses parking tickets dispensed displaying the green stripe only -- those machines are located next to the entrance.

I'm all about the 2 for $6 prepared foods for a grab and go lunch ! Hit the juice bar for some fresh pressed goodness: Cool Ruby with some kale should do the trick!

GMO's sold here. But the best? Saying that the pineapples from Costa Rica are pesticide free. Not. I live there and the amounts of chemicals used are astounding.

If you drive & park in the parkade, be sure to buy your ticket from machine next to whole foods doors, or else they won't reimburse your $2. (London Drugs doesn't reimburse either)

If you're in the mood for soup , walk on over to the seafood bar instead of the salad bar . Their prices and soup quality are better!
