I love this Hotel ! Right in the heart of downtown near Sundance square . Cozy rooms and a Starbucks in the lobby as well as Thai Tina's. I love their passion flower orange juice with breakfast .

Nice and clean hotel . Perfect if you want to walk to the city . Breakfast was delicious (fresh made omelette and much more), valet parking available, super nice staff !

I am at the Embassy Suites in Fort Worth and I have had my stays at hotels , but the woman ( Darby) who checked me in was the best I ever experiences. She was nice and took care of everything.

Amazing staff ! Jesse and Lara at the front desk and Ashlyn the Starbucks manager are fab! Wonderfully friendly and helpful, true Southern hospitality . Valet parking is expensive and the only option...

Go to the social at 5:30, free drinks and snacks . Staff here is very friendly and nice clean rooms .

If you're staying here, have the complimentary breakfast and ask Ervin to make you his legendary "Pancake Omlette". It's a food adventure with a little bit of everything good!

This is probably the nicest hotel in downtown Fort Worth. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The managers reception is a good way to lubricate before a night on Sundance Square .

Stayed here for friend's wedding & staff was extremely helpful & thoughtful delivering complementary wine & snacks . All you can eat breakfast 0630-0930 & free drinks/dinner 1730-1930

Loved this hotel , except we never received housekeeping service! We left for hours at a time to return to a messy room. Very frustrating. Valets are great but seem understaffed at busy times.

Highly recommend the rooms with the conference table. Excellent customer service, but don't ask the valets for directions.

Bring your own drinking water as water tastes like seafood/fish/gross. That includes the ice.
