I only come to pick up my online orders and I haven't had any issues so I would say that the service is fine with me.
Zara has AMAZING PRICES & EXCELLENT QUALITY CLOTHING .

You have to beg borrow steal and sell a testicle to get into a fitting room . They won't let you try on clothing otherwise... Even a coat or scarf . Pathetic!!!
Beside me helping myself around the store the clerks do not care about customer service. I'd rather shop online then to come here again. I called multiple times and the male kept hanging up on me.
Got a lot of hassle and some badass attitude when trying to exchange stuff here. Same product at fifth ave branch exchanged in less than a minute with no probs.

Absolutely terrible staff , they have no sense of urgency to make a check out line any smaller. They will leave you there to rot. Not so fancy after all
