Plenary Hall
With its feature entrance on Jalan Pinang, Plenary Hall is designed as a signature centrepiece. Internal entrances at several points make for easy access and transfer to other areas within the centre. Sspanning over 2 levels it is comfortable for audiences of 800 delegates to its capacity of 3,000.

Nice mid size hall. Chilly, bring jacket ! On weekends KLCC basement parking RM12 per entry. Weekdays cld be cheaper to park valet@Traders Hotel rm25 entry, directly connected.
...nice design but those av lighting framework really spoiled the overall design.
Came here watching few shows. Generally the hall is great but two things:1-The design of semi-proscenium seating is very cramp. No legroom.2-In some concerts , the sound system isn't optimally blasts
The hall is good. Acoustic is excellence.
If you can afford it, don't get balcony seats
Too much brightness & contrast can produce glare
The best way to go by LRT its cheaper.
