If you intererest to go thr broga Hill and 6:00 is the best of the time for viewing, Broga Hill is not tough to hike and it takes roughly 40 minutes to reach the first lookout point. There are about 3-4 of them, each with slightly different view and the further you go, the higher it is.
Broga Town (Border Negeri Sembilan / Selangor) 43700 Semenyih , Selangor Malaysia
A good look out point for nature lover. Ecspecially for those who love to hike a cliff or mountain . Also a good start for those who want to build up their physical stamina.
First time hiking in the dark. It was pretty cool. Took me an hour to get to the peak. The air was fresh and you gotta be there real early to catch the sun rise. Had a great experience!
First try, some stretch is really high and dangerous. Peak 3 is the most challenging thus I missed that. Awesome view at the peak! Windy and chill if early! Be sure to be fit to hike . Must try!
Start hiking before dawn to reach peak by sunrise . Breathtaking view , best track for begginers. They now charge RM1/pax. Torch lights are sold at the entrance.
The view is so refreshing. if you want to go, please come before subuh prayer and pray on the hill . During that time, please bring along the torch light , drinkin water, some biscuits and of cos camera
Making your way to the hill is very quick but very congested (human jam ) due to the easiness of the hike . Go further to Gunung Tok Wan for an even greater hike .
Easy climb up, a bit more difficult on the way down. Beautiful view and worth the 40 mins hike up
Not really challenging but fun trails that slopes on either side and offers great view at the Peak as the foliage is mostly bushes and grass not trees , scale the huge rock to reach the top!
Came for hike with friends but filled with buses of Amway people crowding pushing around making noises and cutting queue at certain critical bottlenecks during the hike and almost cause me to fall off
Great view but comes with hardships to get to the top hahaha! Be careful during this rainy season. It might be slippery on the way down the hill ????
Called it pasar tani already during the weekend. Crowded . The parking is increased to RM3 now, toilet fee is RM1. Drinks at the entrance is over priced. But the hike is always goooood!
Very slippery . Make sure ure wearing the right shoes for hiking . When there's a lot of ppl (weekends) trust me u can't even take a nice pic on top.
Before sunrise , view of the city *blur* but I just love this. Chill wind comes and you enjoy the view ~
Fitness training , chilling wind and sunrise view . Start hiking at 6:30 and arrive at top to watch sunrise .
Its tough for newbies and unfit people beyond the age of 35! :) But once you reach the midpoint, everything becomes a lot easier and it helps to admire God's gift of nature while you are at it.
Bring torchlight if you're going to climb the hill before sunrise (very dark). Crowded on weekends. Av time: 1 hour
Nowadays very crowded lah up there especially during weekends. The view is magnificent. Nothing has changed except some parts of the lalang have gone botak.
Beautiful scenery ...have 3 peaks... crowded during weekend and holiday.. be prepared..
One of Hills covered with grass, have to wear good hiking shoe with grip , the trails highly eroded and muddy during rainy day..
There are 3-4 peaks in total. Normally people will stop at the first peak. However the sunrise view not really can be seen from thr. Perhaps at higher peak can see the sunrise view .
Broga is the easiest hill to climb in KL area. Always packed of people, you must be there before sunrise to avoid the crowd
Extremely cold in the morning, picturesque view for sunrise and stargaze. Perfect for light hikers and beginners
parking fee is RM2 per entry. the trail can be really steep, slippery & harmful at some spots. make sure to wear a good sports shoes that grips well . enjoy the magnificent view from the peak!
Good place to strain physical thoroughness despite getting too commercialized. Make sure u leave only footprint. My highest salute to volunteer litters collector!
Don't worry if you come early in the morning and forget to bring a flaslight. There's an aunty who sells various types of LED flashlights at the parking area.
Interesting trail up - make excelence initial training for would be mountain climbers. Or provide some physical fitness training for those involve in sports
First and second peak is good for viewing the sunrise , but not the third peak. Good for beginner hikers.
Rise early and monitor sunrise times. Give yourself one hour or more to summit. Get ready your cameras .
The view from the peak very nice during the sunrise .
Wear proper shoes , long pants, track suit jacket or t-shirt. Remember to bring a torch light ! Bring a small bag pack to carry stuffs.
Challenging... I will be back and be sure up to the peak next.
Morning views are amazing. Need to start early to catch it
Good view from above and nice place
Sejuk. Very nice view when you reach there you can have 360 view of Selangor
: Super dangerous, not properly maintained, rubbish everywhere. For those who brought school children hiking here, please lah! Don't just leave them on their own, don't walk in a pack(block jalan org)
The hike is enjoyable because of the differing terrains and steepness level.
Going at night is the best????????????????
Very crowded on weekends. But everyone is helpful when you get to the hardest hurdle so yeah! Teamwork :3
Avoid weekends and come early to catch a glimpse of the sunrise if you're lucky.
I've been here with my uniten friends.although some were vomit during climbing.but they still manage to make it till top of the hill .OPPA :)
This is the best place for beginner to start doing their hiking . Only 45 min from Kuala Lumpur. The panaroma is breathtaking too!
Start early. 5am is good. Later than that, prepare for a slow hike up cos of traffic, human traffic. Bring water, torchlight , put on your best trekking shoes . Wear socks.Brign spare clothes.Towe
Wear good shoes with good grips . Thin clothes and bring water. Don't carry bags.
Very clean & less crowded . Suitable for a quick family getaway.
