Templo Maya dedicado a la Diosa Ixchel is a historic and protected site Isla Mujeres located in Mexico.
Punta Sur 77400 Isla Mujeres , Quintana Roo Mexico
Ancient Mayan ruins of Temple Ixchel, the goddess of the moon. Incredible to see & the best thing on this island .
A magical place - explore all of its nooks and crannies, walk the paths and be in awe. If you are so lucky to be here at dawn, you would be the first person in Mexico to see the sun rise.
The walk through the ship art work and around the edge of the island
Amazing views worth the trip
Pretty cool historical site at the house of a former pirate! ????

Un lugar increíble, por más que vengo no dejo de disfrutarlo y sorprenderme.
Hermoso lugar dedicado a la diosa maya del amor, Ixchel. Puedes llegar rentando un carrito de golf bajando del ferry.

Beautiful! The Mayan ruin isn't spectacular but worth the view. Iguanas everywhere. The most beautiful view I've seen. There is a seating area to take the views in. A must visit spot! - MsTiffany_
This place is beautiful. There was a Mayan performer on the square when we arrived. - Maggie MacG
Great for a day trip or longer - nice getaway for just relaxing and eating some great seafood. - Abyss Dive Center
We have been coming 1 or 2 times a year for 9 years to Isla. The water is warm, family friendly & the colour is stunning. My only issue is that it had become more crowded every year. - Holly Matt
