Again its a tasting menu , keep and open mind and try everything. Some “bites” take 4 days or more to prepare. The king crab and fresh raw scallops are something you will never forget in your life
World class service and amazing avant-garde tasteful dishes. With great natural wines . Table reservation necessary.
We went for the 8:30 sitting and it was wonderful but we started to get sleepy around 10. I recommend the 5 pm sitting so you can focus on the food and have more time to relax in the lounge afterwards
we could not afford a meal but went there to see it anyway. i can talk about the pretty surroundings and very nice stuff who treated us great explaining us things even when we were not even inside
A legendary place. As a cook I appreciate the innovation in technique, sourcing (I never knew fish float bladder or tongue could be eaten), service, etc. they really offer a new amazing experience.
Attentive and jolly hospitality . Better if more friendly and clear explanation of the dishes though. Flavorful and delicious dishes in vegetable season 2023 inspired with ingredients from Japan.
The outdoor edible garden is beautiful ???? Every dish is a work of art with so much thought and detail. Easily the best restaurant in Copenhagen. Cater well to vegans .
Memorable experience. It’s a cliche, but words really can not adequately describe the experience and emotion. Treat yourself to it if your means allow it.

One of the best meals I have ever had. If you can get a reservation , I can’t recommend it enough.
Veggie season was mind blowing good. The wine pairing was a delight too.
Everything is amazing. Arrive early for a brief tour of the grounds, ask for the kitchen tour .
I enjoyed almost every course though others with me did not. Interesting wines . Great service.
