All around great place to shop for my pets ! Came in with my Lab and the cashier was super friendly and knowledgable . She even gave my dog a treat and my lab loved it, so did I.
They called to make an appointment for my dog & when I get there they are closed & LATE. Never apologized for being late, my child then was late for school. Then I need updated records b4 the service
Today was just an unprofessional day in their end.
