If you are doing a pick up in store look for the person with the red iPad! Otherwise walking to the back is a waste of your time...

Making an appointment is wise, if it's slow you can usually get a walk in. Just don't be a jerk if you didn't plan ahead.

This is a very busy store. You have to ninja kick your way to the genius bar .

The Genius Bar was super friendly and helpful! It's definitely a busy place, but they're efficient.

Unlike Lenox Square, the people here were both courteous and friendly .

Make your appointments early because this store just like any other Apple Store get crazy throughout the day...

Skip Lenox and come to the Perimeter store...Lenox messed up my appointment at genius bar , blamed the online system and told me I was SOL...went to Perimeter, in and out in 30min.

Not sure of her name but when I come she's always really honest with me about EVERYTHING in the store. To me that's real customer service.

Staff member was rude and unhelpful. Just because they don't carry screen protectors doesn't mean you can sneer at people asking for them.

The few that are there stand around and answer questions from window shoppers . If you actually want to buy something it takes forever.
