There's always something missing (napkins, straw, fries ), order is not correct or it's not ready. Customer Service needs improvement.
Don't bother with the Oreo frosty parfait . Very small for the price you pay and mine had chocolate syrup all over the outside of the cup.
Very very slow service... Maybe drive through is faster, but inside extremely slow
