Just discovered that this Guisado's is BYOB , so be sure to bring a six pack. You can't go wrong with any taco on the menu. Try the sampler if you're not sure. Also Horchata + Cold Brew = delicious.

In some places in México these would be called "tacos varios" and they are GREAT here! You won't find asada, al pastor , tripas , etc. We ordered the "cochinita pibil " with 3 spicy and its very spicy !!!

This is the OG - original Guisados! Love that they have Stumptown coffee ! Oh, and some of the tastiest tacos !

Be prepared to stuff yourself because everything we tried at Guisados was delicious! Some of the standouts were the mole poblano , the cochinita pibil , and the cheese tamale . Get an horchata , too!

Definitely a hipster joint. The tacos are really small but intensely flavored. The homemade tortillas and the savory stews are what makes these tacos .

This place has some great tacos . If you don't now what to order get the sampler. They are 6 mini tacos . Also the Armando Palmero is good. Jamaica and lime aid.

I tried the Taco Sampler , 6 mini-tacos of the chef 's choice, and it was so yummy! They made with hand made mini-tortillas and the sauces are incredible...definitely not your typical taqueria !

Think twice before ordering the chiles toreados taco ! Believe me, I'm Mexican and eat a lot of spicy food but it only took two bites for me to have my lips, tongue and stomach on fire.
