If you're going to eat only one thing here, choose the lamb duet salad : Field greens, roast lamb strips, lamb fat crisps, dried apricot , mint vinaigrette . Just exquisite.

I had the Lobster Bisque and Lamb Shank Ossobucco . The lamb fell off the bone. Very good.

I loved the burger with foie gras , the short ribs , and the caramelized camembert . Ordered the much talked about mac and cheese but found the pasta too soft and the sauce too dry.

Dessert first! All the desserts are great, the best one IMHO being the pecan tart . For mains, you can't go wrong with the demipound burger with foie gras . It's super yummy, with a side of truffle pota

The Salmon is beautiful. The pasta with caviar is good. Pannacotta with lavander is unique and a must try.

Be sure to save some room for dessert , their pecan tart is divine and dirt cheap !

When quality ingredients r mistreated (overcooked, overcompensated w something weird) the chefs need to go back to culinary school . Our bisque was starchy, our prawns rubbery, and pasta - bland????

Roast lamb sandwich was surprisingly good; salad nicoise could have been better if it had some goat cheese , and more veg other than lettuce.
