Great environment and facility to train ...but that all depends on your commitment! The staff and trainers are awesome! Very helpful and friendly ! They have a variety of classes for every individual!

Definitely one of the best gyms out there! Definitely worth the Mecca out from Downey to here! Everyone in here is intense, put their weights back...and CLEAN !!

Brenda's Below the Belt class is an amazing workout. Tony Fryklund's Sat morning Fight Fit is a must go for Ultimate members. Great gym for whole family!
