Big variety of products. Service may be slow as you have to be lucky to find a person to help you. You CAN'T pay with credit card, only cash or bankomat
Vinyl selection is good and the cheapest in Vienna, and the hi-fi section is nice
It's not as huge as you may expect from a flagship store. Service is alright, though prepare yourself for long waiting times during peak hours.
Horrible service - avoid like the plague.

One of the bigger Thalia stores in town, also open on the weekends when everything else in Austria is closed... friendly staff, big selection of books of all kinds (Science fiction!). - J Kofler
