Carino's Italian Restaurant

Carino's has become a must stop for my family when we come to Pigeon Forge. Today I had the soup and salad for a late lunch . The soup was chicken artichoke and it was fab. Enjoy!

Italian nachos here are FABULOUS! the family size lasagna was good as well . Fed me and my husband with leftovers after!

Excellent, fast service . Very good pizza at a reasonable price. Salmon and shrimp was very good.

Not the greatest Italian, but not the worst either. Service was very good. They do have a gluten free menu .
