The terraces faces the rising sun. It can get warm during breakfast . Ask to be seated at the upper terrace , or u can choose to dine under the broad shade of the banyan trees by the pool

Smoothie bowl. Enjoyed this Berry Immune combo. Colourful too! Strawberry , banana , mango , dragonfruit, shredded coconut , granola , goji berry , chia seeds , flaxseed, bee pollen!

Avocado tempeh toast . Enjoyed spiced “tempeh ” (fermented soy beans high in protein). Served with poached eggs on smashed avocado , grilled cherry tomatoes & toast

Breakfast at the Pool Club. A great alternative to the Terrace Restaurant . Great views across the terraced fields to Gunung Merapi.

Stream runs along the back of the restaurant . Sit at the topmost terrace , at the leftmost table, and enjoy the gurgling sounds of both the brook and the pool

Their poolside breakfast menu offers clean & healthier alternatives to the main dining hall . But if you wish to have sausages & ham , staff will order from main kitchen

The resort ’s Pool Terrace is surrounded by paddy fields & banyan trees . This is also where their 40m swimming pool is. U can hv breakfast , light lunch , snacks & drinks here

Huevos rancheros . Poached eggs on a bed of chilli beans, avocado , Manchego cheese & chopped tomatoes . Served on a corn tortilla . Lightly spicy

Aman Resorts market this space for events too (eg. weddings). According to their literature, space can host 200 guests seated (or 300 standing guests)

Chia pudding . Clean flavours when topped with granola , strawberry , coconut nibs, pumpkin seeds & hazelnuts
