After the remodel, all the good employees left. it took 25 mins to get my kid’s 6 piece nugget meal. CHECK YOUR FOOD TO MAKE SURE ITS RIGHT! Bc apparently no mustard to them means extra ketchup .
I like those nuggets-they’re a good deal but dammit they are NOT hot!
They serve uninspired food; I tasted no ghostly butt burn in those bites; why are the burgers ALWAYS lukewarm? What happened to the flame I see kissing the Patty on the ad???

This location is TERRIBLE. The manager is in a permanent state of confusion. It took 25 minutes to get two kids meals because they accidentally gave our order to someone at the drive thru .

By far the worst restaurant on De Zavala. Filthy and horrible service. Trash is overflowing. Nasty!
