Check out the website for the schedule as some days both the competition pool and training pool are closed. Great venue for an invigorating swim , rain or shine as it is under shelter.
Love the pool here and that everyone is doing some serious Swimming . Probably one of the few indoor pools that allow you to use all the different swimming aids.

Lap swimming only, lanes labeled by speed, changing room has free combination lock lockers.
Swam in training pool . It is quite an experience. The water is colder and cleaner than public pools.
