The best place to hang out on sz. Very green. A lot of bars , cafes , galleries and also a quite nice book shop also there. Nice to go in the first week of the month, there are sime street markets

Old building complex area turned into design / art park with local events , art and craft shops, a few good restaurants and plenty of hipster cafes . Good for weekend stroll. Family friendly

OCT is the artistic area in shenzhen, if you like art go there. If not go for the cafés .. there is a cafe called Whatever they organize a movie club every Thursday at 7:30 . Great atmosphere

Get the sense that this probably, at on point in time, have been a buzzing center for creativity... now - not so much. Expensive coffee shops and wanna-be furniture stores as well as a few galleries

OCT has a relaxed, cool and modern vibe. I enjoy living here amongst the art , cafes , restaurants , and weekend markets . Come check it out. Weekends can be a little busy.

Yep OCT-LOFT is the best way to visit and then it will be your all relaxing location with art culture because we all love the fantastic and gorgeous designs which really cool.lol

FLEA MARKET : A must visit for art & design knick knacks on sale, some made locally , WHEN: first weekend of every month.

I used to like this area a lot as it seems the only spot with a tiny bit of culture and liveliness in town . But then the scene kinda never happened. Prices are high n service is always shit.

南区主要是书店餐饮店和展览，北区主要是小型现场，独立电影和专题讲座，去过北区的B10和A3+，馆子没进去，环境气氛很好，感觉吃饭的都是知识份子和文艺青年还有商人居多。
