Hickory's Smokehouse

I'm American and I've lived in chester. Let me tell you..it begins to get a bit sad when there's no Mac n'cheese and good bbq around. So this place was life changing. Added bonus it's on the river !

I heard that the food here is amazing, and wasn't disappointed. We went to the Baker Tilly/Aaron & Partners Euro12 game on Monday. A BiG Thank you to our hosts, and to Hickorys for a great time!

I can highly recommend the Burgers , BBQ Spareribs and Steaks . Beside you should grab a bottle of Brooklyn Lager , Heinecken or the Hickory 's special brew .

Welcoming staff took me in for a late drink. Some nice craft beers in bottle and on tap . Good chat, knowledge and atmosphere.

Smoked hickory was extremely good. And good selection of beer . Friendly pro staff . Fantastic dining experience.

The pulled pork is wonderful. They also have an interesting selection of beers .

Drinks are on point, soft and hard, as it were. Loved the blueberry lemonade and they do legit actual cream soda .

We couldn't decide and went for the platter! Definitely worth it.

During the day, try the Pork Maccartney: Mac & Cheese and pulled pork in a fried bread sandwich—amazing!

Definately one of the nicest places to eat no matter whether its breakfast dinner or lunch .

Everything on the menu is great, too much choice. Great scenery too!

Nice to eat outside (when the weather is nice ) look on the back of the menu as there is an afternoon offer

...also great for the kids with a good menu and fun non alco slushes . Or as they say, alco slushes available too for the big kids :)

Good, rich Smokehouse food and a nice Boston Lager to suit. Pace yourself for a great meal and really helpful staff ^^

Try the 3am Mac and Cheese . It might sound wrong but it is so right

They really need to work on their chip (fries ) game, really let's everything down. Sadly, service is also very variable

Was told we would have to wait 1 hour 45 min but only waited 30 mins! Something to bare in mind. Double hickory burger and hog dog are yum. Florid key lime pie-wowsers!

Great place to eat! Make a reservation as it gets very busy. Try the slow cooked beef brisket ...beautiful!
