With the brand new building that replaced the original one, they have also changed the name to Chick-fil-A Ashley Crossing to reflect the new operator and new building!
Chick Fil-A Ashley Crossing is so much better now that it has the new owner Megan Jacques and since they tore down the original building and replaced it with a new one. 5-stars for the changes!
So glad that they finally wised up and got rid of the original operator and replaced him with someone who could whip this location into shape. What a huge difference! KUDOS CHICK-FIL-A!
Thank goodness this Chick-fil-A has a new operator! It’s like night and day - so much better now! Service and food are excellent! So glad that Chick-fil-A realized that they needed a new operator!
The new building is great! The customer service is even better and the manager went above and beyond by giving me my pick up order even though I ordered it at another location by mistake !

Chicken wraps were big and fresh and filled me up. I would get this again and again.
I quit eating at this Chick-fil-A location ever since they closed for a few weeks earlier in the year for "deep cleaning " due to the food inspection report that was made public on the news. Horrible!
