Good location. Easy access to Guangzhou East railway station . Lines 1 and 3 subway. Short walk to Mall of the World. Lots of shopping all around. Friendly staff . Good rooms.

Convenient location. Easy access to metro , easy to get taxi . Nice big gym , good swimming pool . Various cables & connection points provided in-room but most useful thing turned out to be the umbrella.

The location is the perfect, connect to metro station and teem mall shopping center. U can enjoy shopping and dining without any problem. But, it is extremely crowded area, quite noisy on weekend.

Super friendly staff , good breakfast , lunch and dinner . Real worldclass ????????????????

Wow fastest check out in China! For those experienced in checking out of Chinese hotels inclusive of getting fa piao much appreciated!

Bellboys and concierge service very helpfull, over the top. Italian restaurant is good. Restaurant in the second floor food is not good. Rooms are clean , standart room is big enough. Need tv channels.

Local cruising around the back of Mc Donald cheap and good. Goose is famous.

Lots of stains on the toilet seat when I came to my room after check in. Then I ask the maid to clean it. She replied I already clean it and use tissue wipe water to clean it. Is it hygienist ?

order a baby bed before three days. No one reply me,when I check in.just told me all full.the loctaion is perfect.there are lots of malls and food.

Not much in the area for local food - convenient to Metro . Call ahead to ask for shuttle from E.GZ railway station otherwise 2 stops Tiyu Xilu on line 1 or 3

Free TWG tea on the lounge are available with lots of cakes

Concierge , staff and bellhops service is over the top. North Americans can learn a thing or two.

Great view on the executive lounge , 33 fl.

Room is larger than I expect.. And cleanliness on bed is 4 stars while on the carpet is 2-3 stars though.. >,<

In room water temperature is not stable especially when u take a bath at the time that other people are regularly not take a bath

Gym and spa places r good

My room is a suite,32fl. Maid cleaned my room but not clean at all. Still have coffee in coffee pot, dirty bathtub, tiny blood stain, and dark spots on the towels. Not return a glass after cleaned .
