Started with a cup of clam chowder (huge and good) w/Croakers Cool-aid Waitress Ayana great. fish and shrimp with cornbread , cabbage , and grits came - on point (aka very good and plenty) I’ll be back!

Loved the sautéd chicken , the cabbage was wonderful! And of course the cornbread was absolutely delicious! Great experience all around! So much food!

Amazing, tasty and plentiful at a reasonable price. Ask for the Fish Boat not on the menu ! Their cornbread with people hot butter sauce is great

Get the seafood chili , I know it sounds weird but it just works. The crab cakes are on point too and the cornbread is heavenly. I will definitely revisit. Best dining experience in Richmond thus far.

Worth the wait. Small quaint place with rich soul and rich food. Southern cooking and many staples such as mac and cheese and cabbage . Geared more towards seafood , be patient. It's great.

The classic fish boat is always good, but what I always get is the southern style Chicken OMG ♥️. I call it the spot that hits the spot! ????

I went last week and had to wait 1.4 hrs for a table (7 ppl) because a large party refused to leave after finishing their food...It was still worth it. Large, cheap , amazing food. Better than grandma.

This is a fabulous place. The shrimp is done right and the fried fish is exceptional. If you are ready to eat... this is the place the portions are generous and presented well .

Excellent, excellent, excellent service!! The "special" sauce for the cornbread is delicious as well . HUGE portions , you will not leave hungry.

Everything is awesome. I made it a family style dinner so I could try everything and my only complaint was I couldn't eat more. Love it.

Fried fish done right is all you need to know. Alright maybe you also need to know to get some cornbread . Oh and the cake , don't forget to get some cake .

Shrimp was good and the mushroom appetizer would of been good, but over seasoned. Soda for 1.99 was in a to go cup instead of a can. Cornbread was undercooked. $40.00 bucks smh...

You will wait a long time for a table or a to go order. I waited at least 30 minutes & they still didn't get my order right. The crowd is crazy so you just want to leave. Food is good once you get it.
