Changed my mind after another visit: They don't know how to make a flat white , but if you ask for a cappuccino you get the same result - delicious. Also, Simmons Building is much nicer than Mission.

Usual quality Phil and Sebastian coffee . This place is pretty big, but parking can be a challenge. Good place to work .
Good coffee and the grilled cheese sandwich was good too.
Enjoyed the ambiance and people watching ; lots of coffee-related paraphernalia for the serious coffee buff!

This place was too snobby for my liking. I ordered a latte and asked about flavored syrup and got frankly told they don't carry syrups . No syrups ??? Sorry I'm not a purist , I'll just go elsewhere.
