They always help me find what I’m looking for and are so great to return things when I buy the wrong item.

Don't expect any help finding things here and you won't be upset when you do t get help.
The only Michaels I've ever been to that does not offer a student discount .

Came here for frames. Way too expensive even when on bogo. Old outdated styles too. Guess their market is old people.
