Went for a cut and asked for wash = $12.80. I decided not to go for it since its ex, old auntie offered $10.80 followed by $9.80. Am I in Singapore?

I come here 2nd time ,never tinking it wld give me bad experience, my hair is damaged at the end due to relaxer but they apply the product for colored hair , wtf ??? I regret not telling them which.
