New creation by dragon-i serving tapas by barrafina in london. Ive always been a fan of barrafina but cassio didnt live up to the expectation- very small portion, slow service and ordinary food.
Rude waiters at night when it’s a lounge . The Chinese staff act like they are working in Tsui Wah and accost you for no reason. It was not even crowded , there were five patrons in the outdoor area .
