Pork belly and Mac is very different from any meat that I've ever tried. The top taste like ribs ...the bottom is like bacon . The Mac is to die for ????
If you love to wait for hours (seriously), this is the place to go!

Très bonne cuisine et de qualité ! Les produits sont frais et de saison. Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant. Un peu cher mais c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix.
