El personal es muy atento y profesional. La habitación que me ha tocado está muy bien aunque el baño un poco viejito. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno. Merece la pena sin dudarlo.
Excelente hotel urbano con piscina y jacuzzi en la azotea , unas vistas fantásticas, y un personal de recepción y mantenimiento muy profesional y atento. Hotel recomendable para alojarse en Santa Cruz.
