This is the correct listing as I'm sitting inside using their WiFi for GPS assist & it shows being 79 ft away. The other listing is over 200 ft away and I've already flagged/reported it as a dupe.
With WFi location assist this shows up farther back from River Oaks Drive than the other listing. So this is the dupe. I've reported it.

Horrible service. Long wait times and then the order's never right. How exactly do you mess up a smoothie ? Make sure you tell them to make your food fresh.
