Amazing whiskey and a great story about the company's birth, if you're of age definitely take the tour and tasting . Ralph, one of the founders, is a smart guy and shows his passion for his product.
Home of Hudson Whiskey - 1st distillery in New York State to open since prohibition. Awesome place with a good tour and great whiskey tasting.
Be sure to also try the wines . The bitters are epic. Black walnut and celery are clear winners. Three chili simple syrup also fantastic. Call ahead for tours as they book up.
Definitely try the flights of various spirits they make there. Great way to learn about the variations in spirits .
If you like whiskey you must visit here. I loved the chocolate and raspberry together... mmmm yummy. I enjoyed sitting on the patio by the mill having lunch .
Throughly enjoyed my stop here. The bartenders were super friendly and helpful. Selection of bottles available only here and good selection of cocktails
$10 gets you 5 pours and a great conversation and insight into the history. Super dog friendly !
Great half-day trip from Woodstock. Do a tour and tasting then grab a meal after. Flat breads were delish.
Excellent food and service. We had New Year's Eve dinner here and it was a prix fixe . It was wonderful.
For those of age, the whiskey is great and there's a really cool tour of the distillery . How this place came about is a neat story.

i wanted to like this place but ate here and had an extremely terrible experience. wouldn't recommend to eat here.
