First class service ( duygyu at the concierge has great recommendations) and location. Just one street of iskital, the main shopping thoroughfare of istanbul and close to old town .

Get a Grand Horn Room with a balcony overlooking the water or get a studio room which is like a suite

One of the best high tea services in Istanbul . Iatanbul'un en leziz çay saati.

This place is like a time machine and it can take you back 100 years in 5 minutes.

Grand interiors, rather nice rooms, but the customer service is a bit short of 5-star standards. Overall okay.
