Out of all of the Apple stores I have been to, this store (and suburban square) have the very best, most friendly and helpful peeps!

Very eager to help you staff . If you are traveling there are no bathrooms there so you will have to go to Barnes and noble

Best buying experience period. Tom took 15 minutes to walk my 9 year old through the entire unpackaging and set up process.

If you have a genius bar appointment before the store opens, you can park in the lot closest to the Apple Store. The security guard will move the parking cones if let them know about your appt.

AppleCare+ is a must of you're thinking of purchasing a mobile device. If you're a klutz, or a semi-klutz, your covered.

If you got your hard drive replaced and need a password to unlock something because your old one doesn't work, try leaving the password section blank (meaning don't put any password).

Get the Apple Store App from the App store. You can ask for help and make an appointment with it.

The employees are friendly and helpful.

The Apple customer service I received here was very, very poor. Avoid the frustration and look elsewhere! I don't typically leave bad feedback, but this was the worst I have had in a long, long time

A bunch of people in blue shirts talking to each other but no one to help you unless you have an appointment.

Had to wait an hour and a half to find out they can't fix the fact that I can't hear people when they call me. They didn't help me at all.

The placed is packed with ipod/iphone drones . 12/28.

Here's a difficult challenge: try to buy a 32GB or 64GB 3G iPad.

Horrible business. Wouldn't even troubleshoot my daughter's phone. Why? Manager said her iPhone 5s was no longer an iPhone. It's NOT jailbreaked.
