One of the better zi char restaurants found in Pasir Ris/Tampines. The Assam Fish Head is a must try. Good for families and there's an air conditioned dining area as well as outdoors.
Claypot bak kut teh and the tze cha here are the only things you need to order.
Ask for the sambal chilli no matter what you order. Very pungent and should go well with all rice dishes.
Ordered hor fun and yee mian, not bad on slightly salty
