The Cacio & Pepe is the best pasta I have ever eaten and I’ve been to Rome
Impressive drink list. about 8 Negronis to chose from. Camillo punch was good. Buffalo mozzarella and Chicory Salad were amazing. Margherita pinsa .
If you’re more of a slice type, the pinsa Romana gets you two flavors in one and they’re happy to make a vegetarian version upon request.
The carbonara was the best I’ve had since my trip to Rome. They have a great selection of negronis too.
So happy to have found this place! Great environment and delicious pizza . Will be back!
They twirl the cacio e pepe inside a wheel of cheese . Enough said. And don't sleep on the pizza and negronis .
