The Walmart tire and lube express may have tires and may do the whole "lube thing" but I think the express part is a bit of a stretch.

Their mesh-back office chairs are half the price of Office Max's. And much cooler looking.

The associates stocking shelves have problems keeping their damn pants up! Ghetto @$$ ????
