Best gym in yokohama by far. People are super friendly and very professional. I get the est workouts here and the bath/shower facilities are awesome

Everyone is really nice at this gym :D but sometimes it can get a bit crowded especially in the main weightlifting area! For a gym in Japan I think it's great quality but just a little expensive! - Diana C.
