The store is just opened after renovation and it's awesome! They have displays in the middle so you can try different tutorials, also they have free makeup classes . Love Sephora!

I went to that place so many times and I love it, I find everything in here always busy but nice and organized cashier ladies sometimes are rude ????????‍♀️

It has everything a woman might need when it comes to makeup,but you definitely need to know what you want because no one is going to take their time showing you the selection.

The new redesigned Sephora is expansive and has a massive layout. The staff is always knowledgable and friendly , and they have free classes !

It's got most (if not all) of your makeup needs . Staff is very friendly and there's a MAC right nearby if you feel up for a mini-makeup shopping spree.

Nice and friendly staff . Plus they have shades for darker skin tones unlike the other SF Sephora locations.

This location is always always packed. It's difficult to get assistance and you feel rushed at check out with the staff cordiality blatantly feigned. I'd rather go to the marina location.

The ends of aisles have mirrors and disposable tools so you can try all the cosmetics , don't use the "try me" products straight from the container!

Whenever I visit here, I spend about 1.5 hrs to play with all the makeup products that they have.

Go look for Carmen from Skincare . She's good and sweet, too. I just love her! :-)

You practically have to tackle a salesperson to get their attention, even though the place is swarming with them.

Between this Sephora and the one by my place on Union, this is by far my favorite. The make up artists have never steered my wrong.
