Customer service is horrible. They need to fire and hire (almost) everyone that works at this store because it's losing them customers, which means it's losing the owners $$$
Their system is seriously flawed since they leave open stock on the retail floor even tho it ha already been purchase online. Waste of my time and poor POS system!! I want my 15 mins back!
customer service is really bad here. made me want to go elsewhere. seemed like i was bothering them when i came in to ask some questions about a product i was interested in buying. i will not return
