It's quiet - not too many people and guess what - I ask for a drink & a biscuit - drink arrives in 5min & biscuit ..... I'll give it to them they are consistently bad !

Really poor customer service on a Sunday night. Apparently plates are too hard to give to customers who come in after 9:30 pm on a Sunday night.
No plates after 9:30 on Sunday. No idea why. Apparently management advises staff not to care about customers.
Disappointing that they only serve your meal as takeaway after 10pm
