Really excellent customer service from knowledgeable staff . Michelle was patient and answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed even with a very busy Sunday, pre-marathon crowded store.

Be ready to take a number and wait to try on shoes . The people seem to be running sport experts, and there is individual care given to every customer. Just know that on the weekends there is a wait.

Quality products but for how many workers I saw in there no one tried helping me so I left without buying.

Waited 20 minutes for someone, anyone to help us find a running shoe to no avail. Not even an acknowledgement that we were there. I guess carrying a baby excludes us from the fit crowd? Avoid!
