Easy access from ICN Airport (I recommend taking the Maglev), clean room , free WiFi , and very helpful staffs .

One of the best Hotels I've ever stayed. Excellent service , great food, wednesday madness at the Vy bar , airport shuttle every 20min, steam sauna , and very comfy beds :)

If there’s a long queue for check in at west tower where shuttle arrives, go to east tower through the 2nd floor and try check in there regardless of which side you would stay, normally shorter queue

Great stay when you have an overnight layover with Korean air. Free and includes a bfast voucher ! Loved the dim sum options.

Why pay for the exorbitant in-room internet when you can get free and fast wifi at the bar ? Grab a drink at Vy Bar + Karaoke on the ground floor and ask for the password.

Save time and use the Korea Air check-in service on the ground floor. Your bags will need to be verified again at the airport , but now you're guaranteed that aisle seat away from infants! >:o)

Decent hotel across from the airport , free shuttle at post 3C. Free wifi and pretty decent breakfast , nothing else around this hotel and about 1 hour to get downtown by express train .

Its almost 2hrs to the city , so if your on a layover best to be quick in arranging a day-trip to Seoul. Dont pay more than 80,000 for the taxi if you want to travel that way, but negotiate price first

Seoul’e 1,5 saat uzaklıkta ve iki bloktan oluşan temiz, konforlu otel .Kahvaltısı güzel.Havaalanına ücretsiz shuttle var.Spor salonu ve spa imkanları çok iyi.İki blok ortasında büyük bir bahçesi var.

생각없이 부킹을 한 내 잘못도 있지만 설마 웨스트에만 조식을 먹을수 있는지 꿈에도 몰랐다. 이스트에서 한참가야 나오는데. 그럴줄 알았으면 약 2만원 정도 추가해서 웨스트로 했을텐데. 이 부분에 대한 설명도 부족했다. 어메니티에 대해서는 잘 모르지만. 일회용 칫솔이 없었는데. 이 또한 매우 충격적이었다.

이스트타워 객실도 여느 오성급호텔과 비슷하게 무난한편입니다. West타워(신관)은 통유리객실이지만 가성비를 따지면 이스트타워에 숙박하세요^_~

항공사 직원들이 많이 사용해서 그런지. 호텔 사용방법을 요약한 안내 종이가 부족하다. 무식하다고 치부할수 있지만 기본적으로 엘레베이터 사용시 카드키를 사용해야 한다는 코멘트 정도도 없다. 더불어 아침 조식을 신청했는데. 어떻게 조식을 사용해야 하는지에 대한 코멘트도 없다. 물어보니 조식을 먹을때 룸넘버를 말하면 된다고 한다. ( 이것도 물어봐서 암. )

사실 인천공항 인근에서는 마땅한 대안이 없긴 하지만 직원들의 서비스 마인드, 객실의 퀄리티, 가격 모두 딱 하루에 십만원 쯤만 받으면 적당할 호텔이다. 그래도 역시 영종도에서는 여기밖에 갈 곳이 없으니 배짱 장사 수준...

한국에서는 5성급 호텔에 가보지 못하고 일본에서만 웨스틴계열을 갔었는데. 그에 비하면 너무 너무 실망이었다. 다음에도 다시 갈것 같지만. 서비스의 기준을 다양하게 가져갔으면 좋겠다. 이 호텔 자주 오는 사람들만 오는게 아니라고. 나처럼 호텔 처음 가는 사람도 간다고....

KAL 호텔로 대한항공 항공권을 구매했다면 미리 티켓팅을 할 수 있고, 짐을 부칠 수 있다는 장점. 대신 마음의 여유를 가지고 공항에서 짐을 기다려야 할 수도 있다.

대한항공의 직영호텔 체크인카운터가 이스트 타워 1층에 있긴 한데, 수하물 위탁은 안된다. 여기서 짐 맡기면 공항에서 다시 찾아서 공항 체크인 카운터에 다시 들러야 함 ㅠㅠ 오직 티켓 발권만 되는 곳임

공항이 내려다 보이는 멋진 호텔입니다. 정말 친절하고요..클럽룸의 서비스는 그랜드 하얏트 같진 않아요

하얏트 리젠시 인천 호텔은 총 510실 규모에 대형 컨벰션 홀 2개와 각종 미팅룸 fitness center, business center, entertainment center 등 편의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 호텔 주변이 아직 계발중이라 심심 할 수 있겠지만 신혼 여행객들과 항공기 트랜짓 패신저에겐 괜찮은 선택일겁미다

클럽룸에 있는 아이폰독-. 충전은 안 되지만, 노래도 들을 수 있고 좋네요-. 저녁 멋진 야경과 와인 , 그리고 노래선율로 멋진 추억만들고 갑니다

호텔 내 식당 다양하지 않아서 곤란하면 바로 옆 공항을 이용하세요. 주차비 계산해도 훨씬 경제적이죠.

시설은 매우 훌륭. 서비스는 많이 아쉬움. 이마트가 바로 옆 건물로 붙어 있어 편리.

2층 키즈룸이 작게 있는데 평일엔 오후 1시, 주말엔 오전 9시 오픈이래요.

2청사 가는 셔틀이 30분 간격으로 운행합니다.

공항 근처에서는 선택권이 없죠.

스위트룸에 BOSE 아이폰 스피커가 있습니다만 원활하게 작동하지는 않네요. 충전도 안되니 크게 기대는 마세요~

11층 라운지를 이용해 보세요 커피와 스낵 공항뷰까지 괜찮네요

썸머 패키지라고 왔는데 3:30~5:30, 6:00~8:00 둘 중 하나의 시간대만 수영장 이용하란다. 사람이 많아 위험하다고 --;; 얘들이 수영장 좋아해서 온건데 그럴거면 내가 왜 여길 오냐고... 썸머패키지 안내문에 써 두던가!!! 3:30인데 아직 방도 덜 나오고...
