As mayor I will do all I can with the full weight that this office holds to help ensure that you get the best experience possible on my watch.

After being flaked on by a date, the iced coffee was good enough to lift my spirit =)

Unfortunately they'll still help you with the yogurt instead of letting you do it yourself. Should recommended they figure out how to let the consumer enjoy.

Place needs some serious staffing changes. Always seem frazzled and adding extra shots to the drinks w/o asking.

I love this Scooters crew.

This location has some serious employee issues. Huge turnover. Drinks are nowhere near as good as they used to be. I would not recommend this location.

Eh. Skip it and drive to the one on 120th and Blondo. Customer service leaves much to be desired, wifi spotty and....

Sad location. Service and products are lacking and subpar; rude, slow and often incorrect. (Coming from a scooters aficionado)

Why bother asking me if I would like my muffin warmed up if you are NEVER actually going to do it?

Customer service in the am has been poor as of the last week.

Waited forever then got the wrong coffee . No customer service.

Worst coffee and coffee house feel ever.
