Great cut, $16 as of Jan 2013. Note that if you pay via credit card (they're currently using square) you get charged "sales tax" to cover the transaction which doesn't happen for cash.

New location (2 blocks from their old location) with large windows for a great view while you wait. A total of 8 chairs 1 dog and at least 2 couches . Great barbershop !

Kinda rando location, but great for anybody working/living in Midtown East/UES. Solid cut , with clean-up shave and hot towel finish. Definitely worth the trek.

The prices are very nominal! The guy is patient and promises a good cut upfront. One of the best places, if you don't mind a guy cutting your hair!

I've been following this "Neighborhood Barbers " veteran around NYC for ages. And now, he's FINALLY opened up his own barbershop ! Excellent cuts/fades; great conversation and always friendly service .
