Eat in the bar (The Florentino Room). The restaurant section is for tourists ! And you only get the world class bean dip in the bar . Cheese crisp (home style ) and green chile burro are mandatory.
I LOVE the tortillas they wrap the bean, and green chili burros in. My favorite thing is the green chili enchiladas . I LOVE those things. I also love the soft beef tacos .
The dining area is always infested with Mormons - go to the cocktail lounge and hang with the always fun heathens!
Green Chili Enchilada is my favorite. Next is the soft beef taco . Ask for Dennis. He is a great server. Can't wait until they reopen in September!
