If you find some fresh stuff you like, buy much snd put into the freezer. Often they have only for short time!

I buy most of the things from here , is a good and acceptable store

Good for foreigners , cheaper then normal supermarket , but be ready to buy more, as metro is a wholesaler .

Check out the frozen fruit which is great for protein shakes or making homemade ice cream .

Prices is higher than at simple European supermarkets ,I don't like????
