Everything was good, but not great; overly seasoned, not balanced. The best dishes were probably the anchovies and the Vaca Vieja (the ribeye ). The places looks beautiful, the staff was nice.
Polbo (charcoal-grilled Galician octopus , smoked romesco, judión bean purée, potato ash, mollo verde)
Bacalao Asada (wood-oven roasted wild Galician cod , black garlic olive oil , cod tripe & garbanzo stew , seaweed sofrito, piparra pepper )
Bacalhau Dumplings (Portuguese salt cod brandade, açorda espuma, egg yolk , sourdough migas , cilantro )
Delicious, authentic , and thoughtful food. Wonderful service. Cozy environment . An absolute gem.
Mejillones Escabeche (La Brújula Mussels Conserva, Escabeche Espuma, heirloom carrots , herb oil)
Sardinas en Aceite Picante (baby sardines in spicy olive oil )
Best way to enjoy is go with friends and order a lot to share

The octopus and bacalao dumplings were both excellent.
There’s always room for chocolate !
2/11/22 update: Razor clams were sandy and not fresh. Jon Dory was good, but would have been nice to know that M.P. = $180 given it was server’s suggestion. Worst part was GF got sick later. A shame
Healthy AND flavorful! The grilled veggies are delicious. - Adam Hickey
The chicken is great quality and the sauces are to die for. The mango-lime is my favorite. The chocolate spoon cake is an awesome. Great wait service and its a super cool and trendy spot. - Jadin K
So far so good nice set up ! Nice creative sodas:) and sandwiches look good ❣️???? - Juan Diego
Amazing decor, super friendly people. Food is really trying to be experimental, but sometimes the experiment falls flat. Definitely an experience. - Rudy Rigot
