You substitute any bean for the house blend . The house blend is great but trying a bean in store is a great way to understand the ideal flavor profile when you brew at home.

The Sulawesi is rich and full-bodied goodness. Stick around and watch the beans transfer via pneumatic tubes . So fun.

Watch your coffee beans travel across the room while u wait! Also the hot caramel (instead of hot chocolate ) was so smooth and creamy!! Loved it!

Watching the huge bean dispensers get refilled via this automated tube system is amazing.

It's fun to watch your beans get sucked up through the pneumatic tubes when you place an order. The spectacle alone is worth the visit. The coffee is just above standard fare, though.

Order the Harrar, A medium bodied with blueberry undertones. I am more of a full bodied guy and I am not really into "fruity " coffee but This coffee was perfect. Piping hot, smooth and delicate.

This place is worth the visit mostly for their super cool coffee dispensing machine. The coffee itself though is average and a bit overpriced.

One of only coffee joints I've seen in town offer agave hazelnut syrup . Dig it!
