Nice outdoor patio , Clover coffee machine is great (when it's working/they have the coffee you want in stock)

Any teas can be iced teas ! Calm (chamomile), Refresh (peppermint ) and Vanilla Rooibus are really good iced.

Lots of tables and chairs outside on a nice clean patio . A good place to bring your dog with you, and many people do.

Best staff ever! There all really nice and make the coffee as fast as humanly possible! It's not there fault when there's 15 people in line !

Once again disrespecting customers by staffing with trainees who can't hack the busy location. Barristas are great but stand idle because folks working register are so backed up

Came for a Secret Menu item : Ferrero Rocher Frap . Seemed stupid to tell me "after" the drink is made, that they're out of hazelnut drizzle & substituted it with something else. Taste was totally off????

Several baristas here are cool enough that you can build a nice rapport. If they're not super busy they'll suggest new things to try.

Poorly run, even by Starbucks standards. Don't know how to avoid letting one customer with a large or complicated order tie them up for 20 minutes at the expense of a dozen other customers.

Beware the spectacularly poor management and inefficiency. Longer lines than mid-town Manhattan Sbux, and absolutely no ability to deal with them efficiently.

Yes. Today, the service is slow. Only two workers, they need a third.

You'd think Steve Jobs invested in this franchise... Macs everywhere.

I know this place is busy. But that's not an excuse for the staff to be slow AND rude.

I've always had good service here.

The slowest Starbucks . Don't go if you are in a hurry. A barista drink can take 20 min. They also messes up often.
