I was came in to grab an item from the pick up site & it was in the very back corner of the store. That kind of defeats the purpose of convenience that the pre-paid pick up is supposed to offer..

No greeter to check in a return, service desk said they can't exchange without receipt (not WM policy) then doorman wouldn't let me leave with the junk without a receipt. Absolute Idiots!
